Our Story

From a single store Idea to an Inspiring Success Story

It all began with a simple but bold statement: “I think Riyadh needs a good Lebanese restaurant. ‘’ One of the cofounders then made a daring promise: “This time next year, you’ll be enjoying authentic Lebanese cuisine at my restaurant.”

This restaurant would introduce authentic Lebanese Flavors and seamlessly blend with Saudi Arabia’s rich cultural tapestry.

The magic behind our success lies in the founders—two remarkable women whose passion and dedication shaped Burj Al Hamam from the start.

In 1979, with just 9 tables, they opened their first branch on Al Takhasussi Street, determined to create a space where people could taste the flavors and feel the warmth of Lebanese hospitality.

Since day one, Burj Al Hamam has been more than just a restaurant. It’s a meeting point of two cultures, built on shared family values that make everyone who walks through our doors feel like part of our extended family. Our deep connection to Saudi heritage has made us a beloved destination where Lebanese culinary traditions meet the generosity and warmth of Saudi culture.

What started as a small family endeavour has become a landmark, reflecting the harmony between our Lebanese roots and the Saudi community’s deep appreciation for family and gathering. Through the years, the support and loyalty of our guests, many of whom have been with us since the beginning, have made us who we are today.

Welcome to Burj Al Hamam, where every dish tells a story of tradition, family, and the union of two cultures. As we always say: “We started together… and we continue together.”
